Fertigation + Chemigation
AgCraft provides growers with simple, reliable, and precise equipment to inject liquid fertilizers, nutrients and chemicals at a controlled rate into an irrigation system. In addition to fertigation + chemigation injection, the AgCraft injection units meter, dilute, transfer, and deliver a wide variety of fluids.
Pre harvest chemicals, pesticides and herbicides can be applied directly to a field or batched into a tank for spraying.
Processing and packing facilities can directly apply post harvest chemicals onto product or fill treatment tanks. Facilities can use the unit to dilute, dispense, and apply corrosive cleaning and sanitation chemicals.
Manual + Remote Control
Manually set the flow rate, then turn the system to auto and remote control the start and stop with a built in relay that can be triggered by a pump start, pressure switch, or automation system which can also datalog the flowmeter.
Control + Meter
Control & meter flow from one to four different materials in one simple compact unit, saving space and cost.
A high flow pump and precise low flow metering valve allow for a wide range of application rates, adding versatility to what concentrations of material can be applied.
The unit is operated with a HAND-OFF-AUTO switch and a simple to adjust bypass valve and verified through the digital flowmeter.
The metering valve sends flow to the field and bypasses excess material and trapped air back to the tank to agitate for uniform application.
Built in check and back pressure valves makes sure materials only flows when and where you want them to.
Flowmeters have LCD screens with live flow rate and total volume which can be reset with buttons on the screen. Multiple units of measure in standard and metric can be selected with buttons on the screen.
Compact & Portable Design
The Compact unit is light enough to be carried with one hand and placed in the back of a vehicle.
Easy to Maintain
The multi pump units have quick attach hoses and fittings and electrical plugs so pumps can be cleaned out or replaced quickly in the field without special tools or downtime.
Power + Efficiency
The Compact unit is powered by a standard 12V vehicle trailer plug or 120V power supply.
The Full Size unit runs on a standard 120V outlet pulling less than 12A with 4 pumps running.
Both are efficient enough to run on a small generator or solar in off grid applications.
Install + Startup
Quick connect cam locks on all ports with color coded lines makes connecting hoses simple.
Install kits supply all the necessary parts to connect the units to the tanks and injection line.
Intuitive control allows quick learning and startup.
